Since I stopped blogging and social media started imploding, I’ve missed feeling like part of an online community. Being disabled, losing my mum and refusing to join the mass delusion that the pandemic is over means I find myself increasingly isolated and alienated IRL, too. Oh, and I’m a bit perimenopausal! Of course.

Life has never felt more (to put it politely) challenging but writing has always been my healthiest coping mechanism. I’d like to think this newsletter could become a place where like-minded people can congregate, connect and feel that none of us is ever truly alone but I’m also open to the idea that I’ll just end up babbling to myself (we all need a hobby).
